Compact spindle servomotors.

Based on flux concentration technology and controlled by the DIGIVEX Drive range, the HV synchronous servomotors are designed for the spindle motorisation of conventional machines.

Developed by Parvex, this technology enables a range of constant power to speed ratio of up to 10 to be covered. And the HV motors have dynamic characteristics equivalent to axis servomotors : very high mass to torque ratio, low inertia, high torque at standstill ...

High torque/weight ratio for increased machine compactness

Low inertia for rapid changes in speed

Exceptional regulation at low speed

Wide speed range at constant power : ratio up to 10

High torque at standstill

Possibility of positioning for tool changes

Examples of applications

Because of their high dynamic qualities and their compactness, HV spindle motors are suitable for the motorisation of high performance spindles (lathes, milling machines, grinders,…).

They are controlled by the DIGIVEX Drive range which provides them with all their qualities and flexibility of use.

Synchronous spindle technology is also available for electrospindles with the HW range.

A range suited to your needs
The HV motors are available for :

Torque from 17 to 240 Nm (150 to 2110 in-lb.)

Speeds up to 8000 rpm

Power from 3 to 45 kW (4 to 60 hp)

These motors use flux concentration technology which enables the construction to be more compact and more robust.

They are characterised by constant torque at low speed, and constant power over a wide range of speeds (1:10), achieved by DIGIVEX Drive.

Their low inertia enables greater acceleration for reduction of tool change time and more rapid cycles
