has received ISO9001:2000 certification. The ISO 9001:2000 standard,
published by the International Organization for Standardization,
represents an international consensus on good quality management
practices, and provides a set of standards and guidelines for a
quality management system. “

Parker Hannifin SSD Drives Division has introduced a brand new
approach to drive construction - the AC890PX family of modular
AC drives. Serving the global market within a single power frame,
the PX is available in ratings through 600HP, (400KW) and voltage

CLEVELAND, Aug 09, 2005 - Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE:
PH) and SSD Drives Holding Limited today jointly announced
that Parker has acquired SSD (formerly Eurotherm Drives) from
the private equity firm Compass Partners International Limited
for an undisclosed amount. SSD Drives had fiscal 2005 annual
revenues of $165 million, with approximately 60 percent of
