GENERAL COURSES
Cancellation by the customer within 2 to 4 weeks of the course commencement date shall
be charged at 50% of the full course fees.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the
course shall be charged at 80% of the full course fees.
You may nominate a substitute delegate at any time up to the course commencement date
in which case no cancellation fees are applicable.
Failure to appear on the day
will incur a charge of 100%.
If for any reason a course is terminated prematurely by SSD Drives, an alternative date
will be offered and hotel costs will be credited on production of a receipt, from the
final invoice.
If this date is inconvenient, candidates may rebook on a subsequent course.
ON-SITE COURSES
Cancellation by the customer within 2 to 4 weeks of the course commencement date shall
be charged at 50% of the full course fees based on the number of days booked at the
daily prevailing rate.
Cancellation by the customer within 2 weeks of the course shall be charged at 80% of
the course fees based on the number of days booked at the daily prevailing rate.
SSD Drives shall be obliged to invoice any hotel cancellation charges.
